VZ Valuations was established in 1998 – 18 years in existence, focusing on fixed property valuation exclusively.
The main office is situated in Fairland Randburg – in close proximity to all major centers. Our business, due to our location, is mainly concentrated in Gauteng, although we do have branches Durban, Cape Town and Eastern Cape. Due to our exposure in Gauteng we have vast expertise in Midrand, Randburg, Johannesburg and the West Rand. We also have exceptional experience in the Rustenburg and Brits areas, as well as in the Middelburg and general Mpumalanga region
VZ Valuations employs 6 commercial valuers, 2 residential valuers, a registered town planner, 2 agricultural valuers and 1 movable asset assessor.
Due to our cumulative years in business we have gained experience and created a database on the whole of Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Northern Province, the Northwest and to a lesser extent, Free State and parts of Kwazulu Natal.
We provide accurate, reliable property valuations across Gauteng's residential & commercial property markets.
